A Design Explorers Workshop
On July 10, 2026, YAC was delighted to be invited to Learning Tree Daycare a Preschool in Vancouver to host a one day workshop where students get to excerice their creatvity and imaginations!
The topic of choosing their favorite animal and creating a house for them taught students about what architecture really is. From their initial design phase, to drawing out their homes. These young architects really surprised us!
Each student gave in a unique design and created beautiful homes for their chosen animal. At the end of the workshop, the class came together and shared out their product, highlighting key components to their design and even some special features.
We want to thank all the students for participating and being such an attentive young group of designers! We also appreciate all the work and support from Learning Tree Daycare and all the volunteers that helped support this workshop.
