Farmers Market at the Plaza of Nations
On September 12, 2026, YAC, in partnership with the Northchild Development Group hosted a one day Farmer’s Market at the Plaza of Nations.
We connected with over 9 vendors and food trucks to participate in our event. Our goal in Phase 2 of Youth STEP is to revitalize and reattract passerbys to enjoy the Plaza of Nations through small events such as this Farmer’s Market.
From soap, baked goods, accessories, and more, our Farmers Market allowed a variety of local vendors to sell their goods right next to BC Place.
At YAC, our role in the Market was to collect new ideas from locals on what they want at the Plaza of Nations. Resuming our goal of finding new ideas from locals.
We want to thank all the vendors that participated in our market, and also our volunteers for their support and dedication!
Venue: Plaza of Nations
Host: Young Architects for Change
